Small moments. A clearer picture.

MADE FOR YOUR EVERYDAY
Your usual breakfast. Something new for lunch. A question about the label. Start wherever you are, and keep as much detail as you find useful.
Save foods you have often so you don’t have to enter them again. Pick a serving and add it to your day.
Caffeine, protein, sodium, or an ingredient you noticed on a label. There’s room to look beyond calories.
See what you’ve been having and where the numbers come from. A week of entries can tell you more than one day on its own.
A LITTLE CONTEXT GOES A LONG WAY
Your morning coffee is easy to remember. The tea after lunch, maybe less so. A record helps you see them together and look back over the week.

WHAT MATTERS TO US
You shouldn’t have to log a perfect week to get something out of a food diary. We’re making a place to learn about your habits, without being graded on them.
We’ll show you what’s in your record. What you choose to eat is up to you.
If a label doesn’t give an amount, we won’t make one up. An unknown value is different from zero.
See which foods contributed to a total, so you can understand how it was calculated.
GOOD TO KNOW
Intally is a personal food record being built for iOS and Android. It brings everyday foods, nutrition, and ingredients together, so you can understand more about what you consume over time.
Calories can be part of your record, but they aren’t the whole story. Intally makes room for protein, caffeine, sodium, ingredients, and the everyday foods behind those numbers—without assigning foods a good-or-bad score.
A missing value stays unknown. Where an ingredient’s quantity isn’t available, the aim is to show its presence in your record rather than invent an amount. Your history should be honest about what it can tell you.
Not yet. Intally is in development. The interactive experience on this page uses illustrative data to give you a feel for the product; it doesn’t save a personal food record.
